Service Description

Hatha Yoga Class – Classical yoga practice for all levels that utilizes body postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with a goal to bridge the gaps between body and mind. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat. All levels welcome. Class is every Thursday and Sunday.
