Erin Hein

I fell in love with yoga when I was in college.  Since then yoga has gotten me through some very stressful and emotional times in my life.  I completed my 200YTT in June 2018 from Moondog Yoga .  I enjoy all types of yoga practices and love trying out new poses!  My style of yoga is focused mainly on strenthening the physical body but also using breath  to move the minid inward to achieve a state of mental clarity and relaxation.  Outside of my time in the studio, my husband, Adam, and I own Lily’s Grill and Pottstown United Brewing Co. (PUB).  We love interacting with the Pottstown community and giving back any way we can.  I am very excited to share my yoga journey with you.

Michelle MacLuckie

Veteran teacher, Michelle MacLuckie M.Ed, MSL uses her knowledge of how people learn to help individuals know more about whole foods plant-based (WFPB) nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and the mind-body connection. Michelle holds a certification in WFPB cooking and is a Functional Nutrition Counselor.

Michelle believes that what we ingest daily, not just through food, but through our connections, communities, and life choices can significantly influence our health outcomes over time. Using the science of habit formation and a brain-based instructional approach, Michelle hopes to assist people in making the small but important changes that have lasting impacts in their lives.

Robyn Neiderer

My name is Robyn Neiderer, an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner. Over the past 20 years, as an Adult Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, I have practiced trauma critical care both at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, women’s health in private practice, and primary care medicine. These experiences have provided me with an opportunity to appreciate the importance of healthy lifestyle choices. I have witnessed the negative consequences that can occur without this wisdom. I began incorporating Ayurveda in my own life over the past three years. My journey began with a search for alternative approaches that have shown to provide balance to life’s stressors. After consistent lifestyle modifications and support from my own Ayurvedic Practitioner, I have improved physical health and sleep habits, balanced daily stress, and lost 50 pounds! My intention is to help others find their own path to wellness through integration of western/modern and eastern/holistic philosophies of health.

Orange Chrysanthemums

The Orange Cyrsanthemum

An orange chrysanthemum symbolizes

enthusiasm, warmth, creativity, joy, and positivity. Its meaning is influenced by the general symbolism of the chrysanthemum (joy, longevity, optimism) and the color orange itself, which represents energy and excitement. Orange mums are often used in autumn arrangements to add a lively, cheerful touch and are associated with harvest season and abundance.
