The Gates of Matter A Shadow, Desire & Transformation Practice Inspired by the archetypal wisdom of Tarot XV and the symbolism of Capricorn, Saturn, and the Serpent, this unique Hatha, Kundalini, and Meditation experience invites you to explore the hidden forces that shape your life. Often misunderstood, the archetype of The Devil represents our untapped potential, instinctual wisdom, desires, fears, and creative life force. Through breathwork, movement, contemplation, and meditation, we will learn how to transform unconscious patterns into conscious choices and bring greater awareness to what seeks expression within us. Together we will explore themes of discipline, manifestation, shadow integration, personal power, and embodied presence while cultivating compassion for every aspect of ourselves. This practice is suitable for all levels and offers a powerful opportunity for self-inquiry, transformation, and growth. You will experience: • Kundalini breathwork and energy practices • Grounding Hatha postures • Guided meditation and contemplation • Symbolic teachings from Capricorn, Saturn, Ayin (The Eye), and the Serpent • Journaling and self-reflection prompts • Tools for transforming potential into purposeful action No tarot experience is necessary. Includes a tarot deck (or bring your own) We will be pulling a three card spread at the end of class so bring your journal if you have one.
