HOW NOT TO BE MEAN & MEAN IT A KUNDALINI, HATHA, BREATH & MEDITATION EXPERIENCE “Practice kindness without becoming a doormat. Speak truth without becoming a weapon.” Many of us were taught to be “nice.” We say: • “I’m fine.” • “Whatever.” • “It’s okay.” Even when it isn’t. Yoga teaches another way. Through movement, breath, meditation, laughter, and conscious communication, we’ll explore the balance between Ahimsa (non-harming) and Satya (truthfulness)—learning how to express ourselves honestly while remaining rooted in compassion. This playful and interactive class combines Kundalini practices, Hatha yoga, partner exercises, breathwork, and meditation to help us discover what lies beneath our automatic reactions and how to communicate from a place of presence rather than impulse. IN THIS EXPERIENCE WE WILL: ✨ Explore the yogic principles of Ahimsa & Satya ✨ Practice breath techniques that create space before reaction ✨ Release tension through Kundalini kriyas and Hatha postures ✨ Engage in light-hearted partner activities that reveal hidden communication habits ✨ Experience throat chakra activation and conscious speech practices ✨ Cultivate self-awareness, healthy boundaries, and compassionate honesty ✨ Close with meditation and reflection NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY Come as you are.
