Foundations Path: Beginner Yoga Series This gentle, progressive yoga series is designed for first-time students and those returning to the basics. Rooted in Hatha yoga, each class introduces foundational postures, breath awareness, and mindful movement in a slow, supportive way. We begin with grounding and centering practices, gradually weave breath with simple movement, explore a calm standing sequence, and return to the floor for rest and integration. Each class builds upon the last while remaining accessible on its own, inviting students to move at their own pace and cultivate awareness, stability, and ease in both body and breath. Week 2 – Breath & Gentle Flow Building upon foundational postures and breath awareness, this class begins to link breath with slow, mindful movement. We explore a gentle standing sequence and simple transitions, always emphasizing choice and ease. Students may join here even if they missed Week 1, as all practices are clearly guided and accessible. Bring a mat and wear comfy clothing.
