Chakra Balancing: Yoga, Mudra & Mantra 75-Minute Restorative Journey Through the Chakras This grounding and nourishing class is designed to guide you through the seven primary chakras using movement, breath, mudra, mantra, meditation, and deep rest. Through intentional yoga postures, bija (seed) mantras, energetic hand gestures, and guided awareness, we create space to reconnect with the body, calm the nervous system, and restore energetic balance. Each chakra will be explored through its associated color, element, vibration, and emotional qualities — inviting awareness, release, and alignment from the root to the crown. The practice concludes with an extended Yoga Nidra experience, allowing the body to integrate, soften, and rest deeply in stillness. This class is accessible to all levels and offers supportive modifications throughout. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, open, centered, and renewed. What Are Chakras? The word chakra comes from the Sanskrit language and translates to “wheel” or “vortex.” Chakras are energetic centers within the body that influence our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. The seven primary chakras run from the base of the spine to the crown of the head, each associated with specific organs, emotions, colors, elements, sounds, and qualities of consciousness.
