Monthly gathering for education, pleasure and sharing of mystic, esoteric or mundane topics for the simple gift of sharing in conversation. All levels of conversation are welcome. June Topic - Intro to Kundalini, a brief history on practice/study and a sampling of a class with breath work, mantra, mudra and postures. Come as a scholar, a person with a passion to know or teach or just come as you are. Donations to go towards local community services.
