Crystal Bowls and Grateful Manifestation Join us for a soothing experience combining a crystal singing bowl sound bath with a powerful Grateful Manifestation meditation. This class is designed to elevate your energy, align your intentions with the positive frequency of gratitude, and access the power to create your world as you so dream it to be. This session will be melded together in three flowing parts: The first portion will to clear your energy systems with the sounds and vibrations of the bowls – clearing your chakras, meridians, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies, as well as all the energetic systems in all of your bodies, and the space around you. Then you will be led into a genuine state of gratitude, opening your heart to what you already possess. Bringing in the energy of gratitude automatically expands your energy and opens your chakras to a heartful foundation for abundance. In this deeply receptive state, you will be gently guided to set clear wishes and desires for a future moment or series of moments. These wishes and desires will originate from the space of fulfillment and acceptance – thereby anchoring your desires into your vibrational fields. No prior meditation or sound bath experience is required—just an open heart and a willingness to receive.
