This workshop, presented by Dr. Maria Cuddy-Casey, author, clinical psychologist, and professor will provide information on current research and research-based techniques for coping with anxiety. She will be sharing her book, Mindfulness Giving, a clinical look at the impact of generosity on mental health. The book is available for purchase at Amazon or Taylor & Francis Routledge if you would like to have it for the workshop. In addition to the content provided by Dr. Cuddy-Casey, Michelle MacLuckie, nutrition educator, will be on hand to discuss foods and daily practices that can also help in quieting an anxious mind.
