This class allows you the time to attune to your full body system, move your awareness to unconscious parts of your body, and connect to movement pathways that deepen your felt-sense experience. Be held in in sacred space that creates the spaciousness for your own insights, wisdom, and process while being guided using embodied physiology, the artistry of movement, and the subtle energy body.
