Medical research is finding that most chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes and even Alzheimer’s are caused by long-term inflammation in the body. We will briefly explore the origins of inflammation in the body and why it does damage to our cells. However, we will spend most of our time learning about foods and lifestyle changes that can be easily incorporated into your life to reduce inflammation and promote health. You will leave this class with the recipes, tips and support you need to reduce inflammation in your body. 1.5 hours $30
